NorthTech sod services (mostly newly built homes) involve the installation of a new lawn using rolls of pre-grown grass, known as sod. This process involves preparing the soil, installing the sod, and ensuring that it takes root and grows properly. Sod services can be a quick and convenient way to achieve a lush and healthy lawn, especially for areas with poor soil quality or where grass seed may have difficulty growing.
Landscape services typically include the design and installation of various softscape elements, such as trees, shrubs, flowers, and hardscaping features such as patios, retaining walls, and walkways. In addition to the aesthetic benefits, a well-designed and maintained landscape can also improve air quality and reduce erosion. Although NorthTech doesn’t provide the installation of softscapes or hardscapes, we partner with other landscaping companies to provide these services.
