The 2025 parts and labor discount includes any parts used during the start up service as well as any additional time, above the allocated time, allowed for the service.
À LA CARTE services: If a service package is not chosen for the 2025 season, all services will be billed per occurrence.
Hourly start up/service rate is $110.00/hour + trip charge.

Winterization: Zone-Based Pricing
Lake pump systems and group rates DO NOT apply. During your start up service and inspection (if applicable), any
identified repairs will be communicated to you, and a quote may be provided before any work is undertaken. If the total
repair cost exceeds $250, we must have your approval before beginning any work. If you are not home during the
service, our technician will attempt to contact you by text or phone for approval. If we are unable to reach you, all
necessary repairs will be flagged, and you will need to contact our office by call, text, or email to schedule an additional
service visit. This will be a separate service call billed at our regular service rates, including a trip charge.
